Randy Travis
Randy Travis (born Randy Bruce Traywick, May 4, 1959) is an American country singer from Marshville, North Carolina, whose 1986 debut Storms of Life led a return to traditional country sounds. Discovered while working at the Nashville Palace, he scored hits such as "On the Other Hand," "Forever and Ever, Amen," and "Diggin' Up Bones," and won multiple Grammy Awards, including several for gospel recordings. A 2013 stroke left him largely unable to sing, and he was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2016.
