Blue Rose (1988) was a bluegrass super group made up of five women, brought together to record a single album for Sugar Hill Records. The members were Cathy Fink (vocals, guitar, banjo, dulcimer), Laurie Lewis (vocals, fiddle, guitar, bowed bass), Marcy Marxer (vocals, guitar, mandolin), Molly Mason (vocals, bass) and Sally Van Meter (vocals, Dobro, lap steel). The self-titled album was released in 1988.
